Southern Heat VBC Season Info
This is Southern Heat's 7th Season.
Our
mission is to train volleyball athletes in every aspect of the game.
Our
goal is to give each player the opportunity to improve their individual skills as well as become team players who will support each other and compete within and outside of the region.
Our
coaches provide the tools at practices and tournaments to enhance our mission and our goal.
Our
desire is for those athletes who commit to playing for our program will put forth their utmost effort to work hard and to experience a productive season for their self, team and club.

2009-10 Thank You!Thank you for participating in the Southern Heat Volleyball Club program. We had 18 teams this year and had a very good season. Four boys and 14 girls teams. Our philoshophy is to provide training to increase each players individiual volleyball skills and to compete as competitive teams in and outside our region. Below is how the teams finished in the region based on win/loss percentages by number of games played. GREAT JOB!!!!

Youth club volleyball is a continuous effort of players improving their technicals skills while learning body coordination and the mental aspect of the game. Also to mention making new friends and having fun along the way.

Alumni information
The Southern Heat has had many of the St. Louis Metro-East's top talent over the years. Several are playing in college today. To follow the Southern Heat Alumni, click the headline. This will show
